Our Story
Plumbing has always been part of the Lebo family. Tim’s father, uncle, and grandfather were all plumbers, and he grew up watching their work ethic and craftsmanship firsthand. Inspired by that legacy, Tim began his own plumbing career in Seattle, where he completed a rigorous 10,000-hour commercial apprenticeship. During those years, he worked on major projects including hospitals, schools, cancer research facilities, and even the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport — projects where precision and code compliance were non-negotiable.
In 2017, after years of honing his skills, Tim and his wife Carissa founded Lebo’s Plumbing in Stevens County. They saw a need in the community for a plumber who could combine big-project expertise with small-town values. What started as a one-man operation quickly gained a reputation for being straightforward, reliable, and professional — the kind of plumber who tucks in his shirt, treats your home with respect, and leaves the job done right the first time.
